Who is the Stash Plan for?

HENRYs [High Earners Not Rich Yet]

HENRYs make good money and want more to show for it. Typically, they earn six figures, live in metropolitan areas, and are in their 20s or 30s.

You splurge for Equinox, but you shop at Trader Joe's. You want to retire one day, but you don’t want to sacrifice the vacations you can take while you’re still young. When it comes to financial decisions, you think you’ve done some things right, but aren’t sure you’ve taken advantage of every opportunity to be smarter with your money.

Sound familiar? If it looks like a duck…

Are you a HENRY?

Book a call with a team member to find out if you’re a HENRY and if the Stash Plan is right for you.

the Stash Plan

Financial planning for millennials

Work one-on-one with your advisor to uncover gaps in your education, spot areas for optimization and automation, and build a plan to help you accomplish your financial goals.

Step 01

Get Started

After purchasing the Stash Plan online, the experience begins with creating your profile. Use the guided hub to fill us in on what you’re coming to the table with, and then your advisor takes the lead.

Step 02

Determine your baseline

We take a data-driven look into your current financial situation. On your first virtual meeting, your advisor walks you through your cash flow analysis. This is where we gain a comprehensive understanding of what you spend, what you have saved, and what you have invested so far. From there, we fill in any gaps in your personal finance education and help you set up automations that allow your money to work for you on autopilot.

Step 03

Define your goals

Next up, paint a picture of what you want your future to look like. Your advisor builds a concrete plan around how much to save each month, how your investment portfolio’s assets should be allocated, and the best way to pay down your debt. Your advisor helps you discover what is possible so you can live a bigger life.

Step 04

The deliverable

Automations in place, asset allocation defined, and more confidence in your money-making decisions. On top of the education received throughout the Stash Plan process, walk away with a clear understanding of what it looks like to have your money working harder for you and what is possible when there is purpose behind your income. This is how you begin spending your money guilt-free.

Bonus

After completing your Stash Plan, receive an invitation to come on board for year-round support, investment management, and an annual update of your Stash Plan through Stash Management.

Financial Planning for Individuals

$1000

What does financial freedom look like for you? Work with a financial advisor to build the framework for your dream future. Maybe that includes:

• Buying a home (or a second)
• Traveling internationally every year
• Retiring sooner than you thought

At Stash Wealth, we treat you with the same level of care and attention that millionaires receive, even before you reach that milestone. We know that one day, with the right education, automation, and plan in place, you can reach your goals. We’ll ensure you’re on the path to a solid retirement, but we also prioritize what you want to do now. The sooner you have a strategy, the quicker you can accomplish your goals. Even if you don’t exactly know what those are yet.

When goals are clear, money decisions are easy.

Financial Planning for Couples

$1500

If your foreseeable future includes your partner, you should plan for that future together. Regardless of whether or not you:

• Have exchanged rings
• Live together
• Don’t plan to merge your accounts

Completing the Stash Plan for Couples is an opportunity for an open conversation with your significant other, guided by an accredited advisor who does not pick sides. Regardless if one seemingly has their sh*t together and the other could use a hand, one is a saver and one is a spender, or if there is an uneven amount of debt or income. Opposites attract and your relationship is emotional enough. Getting your money working harder for you shouldn’t be.

Dream big together. Leave the “how to” to us.

Financial Planning 101

The Stash Plan provides a holistic blueprint for your finances, covering:

  • One of a few ways to make your money work harder for you is by creating secondary sources of income.

  • So your uncle tried to sell you a whole life policy? Don’t worry - we’ll get the protection you actually need ironed out.

  • Navigating the best way to pay for everything that comes along with growing your family; from the cost of having a kid to the best way to pay for school.

  • Making sure the government gets paid is on everyone’s requirement list; but helping to ensure you don’t get knocked out with an unexpected tax bill is on ours.

  • This may look different than what’s expected for a HENRY. Want to take periodic sabbaticals instead? Retire exceptionally early? Not work past 65? We’ve seen it and solved for it.

  • If you’ve stepped into an unexpected windfall of cash, learn how to handle the money wisely, with your goals in mind.

  • From understanding how much house you can afford, to where you can travel next year, to how quickly you can buy that Tesla; all while keeping your retirement on track.

  • Walking through the best savings strategy so that you actually save successfully. This starts with putting your money on autopilot so you don’t have to think about it and can enjoy spending guilt-free.

  • ESPPs, RSUs, ISOs, and anything else you may have received as part of a compensation package from joining a startup or tech company.

  • So you’re really (really) educated. The average HENRY has $80K in student loan debt, so we’re used to tackling the best student loan payoff strategies for you.

  • Take a seat and learn how proper investing is not gambling; whether you’ve been investing for a while or are starting from scratch with goals-based investing.

  • Optimizing what’s in your wallet so that you’re getting the most out of your purchases. This all starts with understanding how to use your credit card like an adult.

Fiduciary advisors for modern professionals

We’re fiduciaries, which means we never get commissions for recommendations. The advice is solely what we believe gives you the best shot at accomplishing the goals you have for your life.

Financial advice has modernized with the next generation, but the principles of investing have remained the same. Our investment philosophy aligns with the idea that “time in the market beats timing the market.”

We believe investing should:

  • Help you accomplish your goals

  • Be built around a low-cost, passive strategy

  • Have little to do with your risk tolerance

We believe investing should not:

  • Begin without a financial plan in place

  • Hinge on month-to-month or even year-to-year performance

  • Involve emotions

Work directly with a pro to create your plan. Then, put it on autopilot.
